[lazarus] oops, can not open my project with the latest cvs

Hello!

I have downloaded the latest cvs about five minutes ago, and compiled 
it. Now when I try to open my previously created project, lazarus says 
"Unable to read the project info line", and it can not open the project. 
I do not get any messages to the console, just get a popup window with 
the previous message.
Is this "normal"?
