[lazarus] cant find unit interfacebase

To be more clear:

I must choose:

a.) I'm compiling lazarus with make clean all, and run it, and build my 
projects to linux (then no win32 support)

OR

b.) I'm compiling lazarus with make clean all; cd lcl; make 
OS_TARGET=win32, and run it, and build my projects to win32 (then no 
linux support)

I want both of them :)
