Hi,

Attached patch does several things:
- fixes the win32 interface, so that the combobox gets a change event.
- Send LM_CAPTURECHANGED (instead LM_CHANGED) message from interface
when WM_CAPTURECHANGED is received.
- Enhanced the combobox example a bit.
- Fixed for fpc 1.9, because class name is not strict uppercase anymore.
