Yeah, but there will ALWAYS be versioning issues with that... Again
making sure that you update all of those files before running the
typical downloaded program.  We've already run into that at least once
on our own application when they put out a service pack for .NET

I agree at this time it is handicapped due to all the additional files
that are required. However, it's not like Microsoft won't start
including them in their future OS's.  It'll happen because Microsoft
will push the money to make it happen.
