[lazarus] Components

Hi!!

It's me again LOL;)

At least I build my simple first component into the lazarus... 

And I was thinking :

To register a new component we need to compile ALL the lazarus...

there are any way to do (not now, for future relases) to make that the
components in the toolbar are independent from the executable, in this
way, when we can create a window inside the lazarus to register a
control, and then when restart lazarus, the toolbar contain the new
component...

It's only an Idea...
