I added a small prog (tools/updatepofiles.pas) which updates all language
files. There are still some other issues I want to improve.

As the name implies, it is just a template. Components programmers can use
it to create their customidecomps.pas. We can't call the template file
'customidecomps.pas', because cvs does not merge developer changes and user
changes.

That's a bug of some fpc 1.0.7 versions and it appears only on some systems.
AFAIK the rpm on the website works ok and the current 1.0.7 cvs also.
