[lazarus] FPC server is up!

May be, it is not a very good idea to place a free project outside the free
world (DCMA, I mean) :))

Besides, I have a bug during cvsing.
I have updated cvs at about 11PM MSK yesterday. My directory seemd to be OK
(it was archived, but not edited except one time mistake, which was
corrected, and course, not edited in the problematic files). First time
server was not found, but few minutes later it was OK.
Course, then I copied CVS to my working lazarus dir.
Then I had an error in graphics.pp/canvas.inc, one method header differed
(ARect->Rect). Is it my bug or inworkable CVS version? Or even bug of cvs
structure?
