[lazarus] Bug in TStringGrid

Hi all,
 
I think there is a bug in TStringGrid.
 
TStringGrid Change the value of colcount 
to zero causes "List index exceeds bounds (1)" to appear. Clicking Ok does 
nothing, clicking cancel crashes lazarus.
 
Another TStringGrid 
bug Synopsis Highlighted cells are marked with line around the 
boundary with dased lines. Moving the arrow keys (arrow down or left) leaves the 
previously highlighted cells with the red line dased boundaries. But when 
scrollbar thumbs move, the highligthing left is gone. Using the mouse seems to 
not have a problem. Note: make sure that you have enough rows and columns so 
that the scrollbars are shown.
