Hi,

It took some time, while working on the debugger options form I got stuck 
into radiogroup menuitems, they didn't work, now they do. While hunting 
things down, I ran into TMenuItem.VerifyGroupIndex. It is supposed to 
order/verify menu radio groupids, however it raises an exception depending 
on how items are loaded. While thinking of that, it made no sense to me why 
radio groups should be ordered ascending. So I disabled that function.
