[lazarus] defwinproc patch

Hi,

On my win98SE computer lazarus and several examples (i.e. notebooktest)
crashed. It didn't crash on a windows 2000 computer.

What platform are other win32 developers working, anybody else working
on win98?

I looked to for the reason of the crash. The procedure
CallDefaultWndHandler in the win32 api didn't check for a nill previous
window proc.

Attached is a patch.
