Translate all .po files (lazaruside.po, objinspstrconsts.po, lcl.po, ...).

For example:
Copy lazaruside.po to lazaruside.it.po. Then open this file in a po file
editor (for example kbabel) and translate all strings. After that, send me
the (g)zipped lazaruside.it.po.
