[lazarus] New component: TMCalculator

Here's today's addition to the component library.

A non-visual component.  Drop it on a form and call the "execute" method 
to display a simple 4 function calculator.  Currently there is no way to 
pull the calculator's result back to the application, simply because my 
need didn't require that.  I imagine it wouldn't be too hard to do 
though, I just didn't think about it until after I had already uploaded it.

Package file is included for easy install.
