[lazarus] Bug: Notebook position and Statusbar

Bug Descripcion: losed properties top and left of a Notebook.

Reproduction:
Create a new proyect. Create a form with a Notebook with a page and a 
StatusBar. Change the top and left Notebook properties, for example, to 
50,50. Save the proyect and all the files.
Now, open the proyect, and the top and left Notebook properties change to 1,1.
