Original Description:
Any attempt to write to the pixels[x,y] array property
generates division_by_0, while LineTo etc works very well.

Comments:
Set/GetPixel now consider the DCOffset. So they draw now to the right position. As for TImage.Picture: Most parts are not implemented.
