I'll try. 100% repeatable. Value always switches to 0, no matter what I set in 
designer with correct number of decimal places. I can edit it, but cannot 
change, both arrows are grayed. It  looks like control assumes the value 
incorrect maybe something wrong with Min & Max or used numerical type
I've tried many things without any change.
In the designer It's 99 % OK, but sometimes value switches to the same 
arbitral value, AFAIR it was 3,67
I have both GTK 1.4 and 2.2 installed, running under KDE,
decimal delimiter is ","
