The package also contained a syntax editor that supports the creation of
new language templates... but it hasn't been converted yet. I've run out
of time to work on it but I've posted the entire package if anyone is
interested. Getting the syntax editor going would be a nice addition.

Systools package that is in the process of being converted to FPC:
