[lazarus] Compiling for win32

Well, it is not, otherwise I would not be posting this message :). For the
record, I found another message on the internet saying to download the mingw
binutils package and then  rename as.exe to asw.exe, ld.exe to ldw.exe, etc.
That was to avoid name clashes.
