[lazarus] form icon problem

I made the mistake of attempting to add a default icon to my splash 
screen in CBT.

Everything went okay, but when the app ran, it shows the splash in the 
top-left corner of the screen instead of screen center as the form is 
set to.

Also, when re-opening the project I get an invalid floating point 
operation reading TFrmSplash.ICON.Data

Looking at the .frm file, it shows the icon is streamed in the file.
