[lazarus] Patch: LM_SETSIZE interpretation

Hi,

Applied is a patch to fix the misinterpretation of LM_SETSIZE message in
win32 interface. It previously assumed Width,Height, but actually gets
Right,Bottom.

Still having a problem when minimizing and restoring...The form size is 0
then.
