[lazarus] Updates for cvs

Hi all
That is there, I made my updates for lacalize keymapping. The diff file includ 
at this mail containing this updates :

03/03/2003
  LazarusIde.fr.po
    New translations 

  EditorOPtions.pp
    Use dlgCancel resource instead of 'Cancel'

  EnvironementOPts.pp
    - Add GetLazarusLanguageNames for add localizable capability of language
      and modify SetupDesktopPage() 
      Note : Array const LazarusLanguageNames not used but not deleted (!)
    - Replace string with dlgEnvAsk..dlgIgnoreVerb

  KeyMapping.pp / LazarusIdeStrConsts.pas
    - Add all strings in LazarusIdeStrConsts for localization
    - Modify EditorCommandToDescriptionString(Command) and 
EditorCommandLocalizedName()
      
  promptdialog.inc
    - Add an private function TPromptDialog.GetDialogCaption(idDiag: Integer): 
String;
      same TBitBtn for problem for localize the title of dialog.
    - Add TPromptDialog.GetDialogButtonText() for same problem with the 
standard button
      and the calc of with of this button (With calc dont work !).
