Hi,

small things:

- combobox height can now be changed
- implemented TSpinEdit.MinValue, MaxValue
- objectinspector options are now applied after leaving dialog
- bookmarks are now saved for closed files
- bookmark popupmenu now shows short description
- started package system
- fixed bug when TLabel.Caption='' and TLabel.WordWrap=true
- added 'New ...' dialog
- added i386 define to fpc source directory
- fixed ReadOnly flag for editor files in various situations
- added Make Resourcestring dialog
- localization for the gtk, win32 interfaces, lcl, synedit
- implemented project option: auto create new forms
- added 'show options for form editing' to designer popup menu
- implemented form editing option: Auto create form on open unit.
  If deactivated, form will load on toggling to form (F12)
