[lazarus] configure "build lazarus"

Hi, I see that configure "build lazarus" dialog has a new ui, nice!.
I have one problem, it seems that no matter which options I select
always ends doing a "Build IDE" process even when all options are set
to "none", can this be changed to do only what the user select?.
Rebuilding LCL used to be faster than now ;).
