[lazarus] missing -lgdk_pixbuf while compiling

Hi all, I have the same problem with fpc1.1, fpc1.0.7, and fpc-cvs. The devel 
lib are al installed.

a workaround is to compile lazarus with the -dNoGdkPixBufLib option.
