[lazarus] patch for filectrl.inc (fpc 1.1) and checkbox example

Hi,

Attached patch fixes compilation of filectrl.inc with fpc 1.1.
According to CVS Mazen did a lot of work on it yesterday, but misplaced
a few parenthises. I simplified some statements with multiple ifdef.
Instead it uses one ifdef, but more (similar) text in the branches,
which makes it a bit more readable.

It also fixes the checkbox examples which closed the application by
freeing the main form instead of closing it.
