[lazarus] TMPack updated for Laz changes

I've just posted the updated TMPack component package version 1.2.

No major changes that I recall, possibly a few minor bug fixes since 
last release.  It does have the _beginnings_ of a new component the 
TFileStore which I was/am planning to use to create a single file 
package system where you can pack support files within the executable 
and extract or stream as you need.  Not completed yet though...  Also, I 
believe I removed the anti-aliasing feature of the piechart to make it 
draw faster.

This fixes the problems with changes in Lazarus (files changed names, 
etc.) so that it will work with the current version of Lazarus.

TTimeGraph

And in progress: TRootFileStore.

The LZW compressions used in T[Root]FileStore is failing on 
decompression with large files and I can't figure out why.  Seems to 
break around a 16k barrier.  I plan to redesign it using GZip in the not 
so distant future.
