[lazarus] Win32 scrollbar problem

I'm sure I'll fill the list up for a few days working this stuff out.

I just built an app - works fine in Linux.  Just a form with a button 
that does a msgdialog and a scrollbar.

When you click on the scrollbar in Windows, everything on the form 
vanishes.  The button and dialog works fine - but when it vanishes, it's 
not just invis but still clickable - it's gone.
