[lazarus] patch

I couldn't live without a blue IDE edit window, (called it "ocean" ,
couldn't remember what delphi/kylix called it) , and made the background
for object inspector drop-down boxes white.  It ended up being black
before , and couldn't see anything in the list unless I selected each
one it turn.  (clWindow was black , haven't figured out why yet)
