[lazarus] Code Explorer

If found that the code explorer lists forward class delcarations and 
then will later list the class if it's in the same unit.

So the class will show twice, once it will look like an empty object in 
the code explorer.

Should this be so? Perhaps flag it somehow in the tree as a forward 
declaration?
