[lazarus] Where to download

Hi all

I see that sourceforege carries versions not on the official website for 
both Lazarus and FPC.

Where is the best place to download from for a tester (not a programmer 
can hopefully get more involved further on). I am current ly downloading 
from the following sites

ftp://ftp.us.freepascal.org/pub/fpc/snapshot/lazarus/lazarus.zip
ftp://ftp.us.freepascal.org/pub/fpc/snapshot/v11/source/fpc.zip

Is this the way to go or should I stick to releases on sourceforge....
