[lazarus] Interbaselaz

Hi all,

Two questions:

1)When I try to install interbaselaz  (debian, firebird 1.5 RC7, soft link made) , I get something like this when linking:

reference to 'pthread_create' not defined.
reference to 'pthread_getspecific' not defined.
reference to 'pthread_spin_lock' not defined. . . etc

What to do ?

2)Could I compile (or crosscompile) a program using interbaselaz for run on win32 ? If yes, could I use it with the standalone firebird server ?
