[lazarus] New transparent blit function?

Hi,

Shall I add a new transparent blit function to the interace object? I 
can also replace MaskBlt, because, basically, that's what it's designed 
to do. Difference is that I will be removing the last parameter, the 
ROPCode as it's complex and you need an hour of learning before you 
understand what it does. Furthermore, MaskBlt does not work on Win9x.
