[lazarus] ListBox drag

I know this has been discussed before, but does anyone know why a 
TListBox will scroll to the end if you drag on it with the mouse?  I've 
looked through the GTK interface and it's all greek to me...  If you 
drag the mouse across it slightly it scrolls to the end, but subsequent 
dragging works properly.
