[lazarus] Close Lazarus while debug running...

I just for some reason created an app, ran it from inside Lazarus, then 
closed Lazarus without closing the app first.

Lazarus asked to save the project, which I declined, then closed the 
open project windows, without closing the IDE.

I then closed the app,  and the "execution stopped" dialog appeared.  I 
clicked OK and nothing happened.  I couldn't close the dialog or Lazarus 
without kill.
