Maybe Eudora has a problem with mixing '> ' and '>'.

Ehm. Ok. That was misleading. I mean, we don't add win32api functions, just
because they are easy to implement under gtk.

Good idea.
Maybe instead of lclapi.inc, it should be lclinterface.inc and
lclinterfaceh.inc.
