[lazarus] Patch to fix turbopowerippro components

This patch fixes the renaming of LCLLinux.

Does anyone know how to use these components?  I've successfully loaded 
a file stream HTML but the font displays all lowercase as uppercase and 
uppercase as wrong characters (numbers, boxes, percent, etc.)
