Hi all,

- improved codetools FPC source heuristic to handle the new chaotic
  directory structure
- implemented first refactoring tool: Edit -> Extract procedure
- implemented TRadioGroup.ColumnLayout
- Code Completion: "forward procedure completion" now adds bodies for
  all neighbour procedures too
- implemented Tools -> "Check LFM"
- implemented "Convert Delphi unit to Lazarus unit"
- added Delphi7 Source template
- fixed crash on fast closing two notebook pages
- fixed recreating handle of TNotebook
- implemented TPageControl, TTabSheet
  based on TCustomNotebook and TCustomPage
- implemented TDBNavigator, TDBText, TDBEdit, TDBMemo,
  TDBImage, TDBListBox, TDBComboBox, TDBCheckBox, TDBRadioGroup,
  TDBCalendar, TDBGroupBox
