The new heuristic is for the classes unit not the sysutils unit.
Under Linux 1.0.11 seems to work. Also cross exploring the win32 sources
under linux works.
Maybe it is a special win32 issue.

Looks correct.

What is the include path for C:\pp\source\rtl\win32\sysutils.pp?
(Source Editor -> PopupMenu -> UnitInfo)
