[lazarus] Lazarus on win32

Win32 Native. GTK win32 is really no longer needed. Though GTK2 could
become a real option soon as GTK2 supports windows much better. However
given the relatively fast development of native win32 nowadays I would
say for most people this wouldn't make much sense anyway :)
