[lazarus] name collision

Hi
I fount two small bugs
1. in UTRACE there is using NEW1_1 to  differentiate  from old and new
FPC1_1,
  I think there is only complicated now, nobody use old 1.1 and all have the
problem


2.in BUTTONS there is fOnEnter  for function OnMouseEnter, the name is
duplicate with WinControl, I think it should be fOnMouseEnter, fOnMouseLeave
