[lazarus] What component sets to use?

Hi. I reed a lot about FCL. Do I need to install it separately or will
the default installation of Lazarus install it for me. By the way I am
Using Lazarus v0.8.5 Alpha on a Linux system.

And also what component set do you recommend for connecting to a
Firebird database and also for Internet components like a TCP server and
client component.

And lastly where can I get this components from?
