[lazarus] Can't compile Latest CVS "Error: Identifier not found TBYTEARRARY"

Hi All: I am having trouble compiling Lazarus from CVS. I did
sucessfully compile Lazarus about 12 hours ago (even though it required
a manual prod in the right direction). Now, I am getting the following
output as below.

OS: FreeBSD 5.0patch7
Arch: Intel Celeron
RAM: 256MB

Gtk versions: 1.2.10 2.2.4 
fpc version 1.0.10 (Compiled from source).
