[lazarus] GTK2 Lazarus in (well...almost) action

I just got ExtTextOut mostly working and decided to test the status of the IDE.. things still don't work well(aka not really useable) and veeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrry slow.  I can watch each block of text in the editer redraw on any invalidate ;)
