[lazarus] Tutorial wanted

I can take build issues into the FPC build faq. Using Lazarus however should
be a separate faq.

I also wrote an article for FreeX about installing lazarus on FreeBSD.

The only new gotcha I found there (tested 2 weeks ago), was that I had to
save a project before trying to compile it.
