[lazarus] Patch: LCL: [Parent]Color fixes

Hi,

Attached is a patch to fix the colors. The listbox gray background et 
al. I have commented the SetColor procedure in win32 interface because 
i'm not sure if it is functional...setting the color on a canvas which 
is immediately deleted again...Who has submitted that one? The 
background drawing is done in the LM_ERASEBACKGROUND anyway, not via 
SetBkColor.
