[lazarus]How to create a Button event?

I put a Button on a Form and doubleclick on it. Then I received an error message
include file not found "sysutilh.inc". I realized, that there was not set a path to this file.
How do I set this path? I already set a path in Environment -> Environment Option -> FPC source directory : C:\PP\SOURCE. Where c:\pp is directory with FreePascal.
