[lazarus] Beginner

I got the lazarus src package from sourceforge but I guess I'm doing
something wrong; as shown below, it seems to be saying that the
package file doesn't exist.

[root at alan amead]# ls -l lazarus-0.9.0.4-fpc_1.0.10_030911.src.rpm
-rw-rw-r--    1 amead    amead     4843360 Sep 24 22:10
lazarus-0.9.0.4-fpc_1.0.10_030911.src.rpm
[root at alan amead]# rpm --rebuild
lazarus-0.9.0.4-fpc_1.0.10_030911.src.rpm
lazarus-0.9.0.4-fpc_1.0.10_030911.src.rpm: No such file or directory
