[lazarus] Anouncement: Lazarus-CCR

I am not positive atm, but a few weeks ago I was working on porting some
of my own components and came accross this, it only happened with
certain properties, but with those ones it was consistant... Maybe it
was an index property? I figured when I had a chance to look it up I
could go back and clarify. I know its possible its a bug but
nevertheless thought it a good thing to mention since other people are
likely to come accross it if I did.
