[lazarus] asm in lazarus

I believe all those routines were there to work around buggy routines in
prior versions of FPC, while waiting for the official fixes in FPC. They
probably are only needed for FPC 1.x, and could be disabled with ifdef
for 1.9.x though I am not positive.
