[Lazarus] DrawText function problems

It's not really developed with Lazarus, but rather with fpGUI. Here is
the source forge project page:

It was developed with fpGUI before fpGUI was rewritten, so it needs to
be rewritten to be compilable once again. Also it was in very initial
development stage.

The source is available in subversion. If you would like to revive it,
or even base it in Lazarus istead of fpgui I can add you as a
developer. To use Lazarus it would be necessary to implement some
extra features in Lazarus, but probably not many things.
