Hi,

Is there a way to adjust the mouse scroll amount in the IDE Editor? For 
example, we can change the PgUp/PgDn with 'Scroll half page', but there 
is no setting I can see for the mouse wheel.

It would be nice if we can define a line length ourselves in a edit box 
in Editor Settings.  Same as we can for tab widths etc...

  eg:
    0 = scroll by page length minus one line. Like PgUp/PgDn
    5 = scroll by 5 lines
    10 = scroll by 10 lines
    et..
